Les Binet, the most decorated figure in IPA Effectiveness Awards history, has agreed to write the foreword to Creativity: The Cure for Resource-Constrained Businesses — the practitioner expression of the CCE framework.

Visiting Professorship — University of the Commonwealth Caribbean

Appointment as Visiting Professor extending the CCE research programme across the Caribbean region. International platform for the framework connecting UK effectiveness thinking with Caribbean enterprise reality.

METRIC Research Centre founded

Established the Centre for Marketing Effectiveness, Equity, Technology, Research, Inclusive Innovation and Creativity as an applied research centre with twenty industry partners.
